Refunds Policy: All our products come with a 12 month warranty details of which can be found in section 12 of our terms and conditions. For circumstances not detailed in section 12, a refund can not be given. By placing orders with ICON Biometrics, customers are agreeing to these terms and conditions. 1. Icon Biometrics have made every effort to ensure the information contained on their web site is as accurate and up to date as possible. However they take on responsibility for any information that is found to be incorrect or deemed to be misleading. This covers all information on the web site including product descriptions and specifications. It also includes any written or verbal information Icon Biometrics supply. 2. All orders are subject to availability. 3. Delivery time may vary depending on the order content. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond the control of Icon Biometrics, therefore they cannot be guaranteed. Icon Biometrics will inform its customers via email if they become aware of any unexpected delay. Delivery times quoted by Icon Biometrics are in full working days. 4. All information Icon Biometrics gather from their customers will NOT be given out or sold to any third parties. 5. Icon Biometrics reserve the right not to trade with any chosen party. 6. Products may vary slightly in design and specification and therefore may not be exactly as represented on the web site. Such differences are rare and very slight. 7. Payment for all orders must be received in full cleared form before Icon Biometrics can process an order. 8. Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours after they were placed, however the customer will be charged an administration fee of £20. Orders can not be cancelled after 24 hours. 9. When a payment for goods ordered is not honored, any costs involved in recovering unpaid goods will be claimed from the customer. 10. In the event that a cheque is drawn on behalf of the customer is dishonored by the drawer's bank, an administration charge of £25 pounds will be payable by the customer. 11. Icon Biometrics shall not be responsible for any loss whatsoever including consequential loss or any claims from customers using their products. The extent of Icon Biometrics liability will not exceed the value of the sales invoice. 12. All products sold by Icon Biometrics are warranted for 12 months from the date the completed warranty form is received. Note a warranty is only valid if the completed warranty is received within 1 month of the purchase date. The warranty covers mechanical defects with a product and the parts and labour required to rectify them. The warranty does not cover: -Any defects Icon Biometrics deem to be the result of improper installation or maintenance -Any damage Icon Biometrics deem to be the result of an accident, misuse, abuse, fire, flood or any act of nature. -Any product that Icon Biometrics believes has been tampered with or serviced by any party other than themselves or parties Icon Biometrics has appointed. -Any transportation or shipping charges occurred in carrying out warranty work. -Any damage or defect that occurs in the shipping process. 13. If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful it will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remainder of the terms and conditions. 14. Icon biometrics operates from the UK and its terms and conditions are governed by English law. In the event of a dispute between Icon Biometrics and a customer in another country, these terms and conditions will still remain governed by English law and not by that of any other country. 15. Icon Biometrics reserve the right to change these terms at any time and without notice.
